A very convenient place to stay. The inn ia undergoing renovations but the staff was very thoughtful about letting us know amd placing us somewhere away from tbe noise. We enjoyed the stay Close to downtown Aspen and very convenient for skiers. The Home Team BBQ restaurant on the property is excellent.

Received well by staff, I was asked if I wanted bottled water, and if I needed anything else for my stay. The room was spacious and felt modern, with views of the mountains but also of the out-of-service pool (dirty). The bathroom is outdated and could have had better maintenance. Outlets /charging stations did not work on the headboard/ nightstands.

This property looks nothing like the pictures. There is rubbish all throughout the carpark. The rooms are very old with lots of stains on the carpet although did have nice clean sheets on the bed. The pool/spa has been out of order for the last 4 months and there is obvious construction noise when you are in your room (banging, drilling etc). Very poor stay and glad that we were only there for one night.

We were so disappointed. Our room might have been the only not updated room and was next to tons of construction going on. I have videos of drilling and banging going on every. single. day. Our view was of large construction vehicles, digging equipment, dirt and an empty pool. It was absolutely awful! It wasn’t clean, I have photos and we are so sad to say we had an absolutely terrible experience! Would love to send photos & videos to management.

Staff was very friendly but quality of the food in their restaurant compared to pricing was a little ridiculous. Additionally soundproofing between rooms is very poor. The cost of the stay with the majority of the amenities listed on their site not being available was quite disappointing. We knew the pool and spa were closed which was a bummer but I guess they also no longer serve breakfast either. The stay itself was was fine just dissatisfied with quality compared to cost.
