We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. "This is a charming but very old home. It really is medieval with stone walls and floors. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Steps to and from the front door and steps throughout the home. The owner was great and communicated well. We loved Todi, great little town and central location for visiting the hill towns. Use Stefano for a rental car."

"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children.
