"Good hotel with a bar on top floor"

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful at check in. Room was spacious and everything was as expected. QR codes were on desk to allow you to order room service or fill the minibar. Rooms are well soundproofed and have lovely views of the Lovers Park, Khan Shatyr and central Astana. Breakfast was usual buffet style with a mix of hot and cold options, pastries and fruit and veg available. Overall we would happily stay here again. "

"A very modern hotel reminiscent of Dubai however was more like a mausoleum, very few guests and many staff! Dining was limited to a restaurant on the 9th floor where food was bland and expensive or the ground floor lobby bar where the food was interesting....how can you not cook a burger or Chicken Kiev correctly? Rooms were so hot set at 28C complained 3 times and told they were winter settings and couldnt be altered!"

"A hotel in the old part of the city. Many dining options nearby. I did not take breakfast at the hotel rather went to nearby cafes which offer absolutely gorgeous breakfasts. I used the pool and sauna, and it was very nice"

"It is a bit far from the city centre, but we stayed only one night before flying home so for us it was not a problem. The only problem we had was that the restaurant doesn't have a menu in English! That is not ok in a 4 star hotel. We also had a waitress who didn't speak a word of English, but we got another one who spoke English (but didn't know what salmon is). "

"Room was fine, but didn't have a safe (which was advertised to have). The WiFi was decent. Unfortunately bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there isn't much sound proofing between walls and so can hear people talking and moving around. "
