Overall very good. Good night sleep. Food was good. Some of the dining staff needs some training related to serving food like putting up hair etc. overall was excellent. Special mention to Faris who was in the dining team. He was very polite and looked after us well. Richelee in breakfast team was also excellent. She served us gluten free options and was very helpful.

"Lovely hotel, slightly tired. Room ok with balcony overlooking the canal. Requested champagne flutes but they never arrived, no staff to bring them apparantly? Smoked salmon was at an additional cost of £5.95 which we were surprised at as all other hotels we had stayed in was available at no extra ..."
