The hotel is great, the car parking place is hard find, but hotel gave us very detailed about city centra parking, saved us money and reduced stress. Breakfast is very good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Metropole Urban. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent – from right outside to at most a 10-minute walk, you can find countless great restaurants and plentiful shopping in the old town, not to mention the beautiful church adjacent the hotel on the square. It’s only a 10 to 12-minute walk to the Heraklion Archeology Museum and just a bit father to stroll to the port. The generous breakfast was a delight and a great way to kick off the day. We would certainly book the Metropole again for a return stay.
