"From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt welcome. The decor is unique, overdone in the best way possible, and full of intricate details that brought me joy. Amidst the throwback decor, you get top-notch modern conveniences like warmToto toilet seats and bidets, an fitness facility with ample equipment, a beautiful pool, 2 hot tubs, and delicious food and desserts in the restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast and a late night dessert to go at the Copper Cafe.Everything was delicious. The biscuits are incredible The property has beautiful flowers and we enjoyed watching hummingbirds from the restaurant and the pool. Close to Pismo Beach and beautiful sunsets. "

"The communication and text messaging was much appreciated. We were able to communicate with the office and let them know that we would be arriving at 10:30 pm. When we passed the office, he was there within moments, welcoming us in a very warm, professional, and friendly manner. I also appreciated the fact that he waited for me to open the lock box. Get my key in order to get to my room safely before he closed the office. I also appreciated the text messaging I received on the following day Asking whether there was anything I needed and whether I was enjoying my stay and a reminder of checkout time, along with directions on how to check out. The communication at this hotel was so friendly and beneficial. When in Morro Bay, I typically stay at a different hotel. But our stay and service at this hotel was so outstanding that our future stays will be at your hotel. Thank you."
