"A quiet setting in a single storey rear annexe. The open-plan living/djning/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. We appreciated Claudie’s friendly welcome and the provision of juice, coffee, tea and store cupboard items. Heating was available as was plenty of hot water, and the beds were comfortable. "Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. It was a great base for visiting the area. Ronse is a lovely town too. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We felt very welcome!! We would stay again! "

"Very strange "kitchen" with a stove put on top of what was a bar and is extremely high. No extraction hood so its mpossible to cook. Bathroom without window or extraction fan. Constant noise right outside the door. The ad says the owner speaks French and English but they don't speak a word of English. We did not see the super well equipped place mentioned in other reviews. We do not recommend this place."

"We stayed in the cottage for a week during July. We were lucky enough to have beautiful summer weather and enjoyed sitting out early morning and late afternoon in the quiet garden listening to the birds chirping. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms and showers (one upstairs and one downstairs). The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep and may be challenging for an older person. "Bin in bathroom had previous occupants rubbish. Bin in bedroom not emptied during entire stay. Pubic hairs in corner of bathroom, still there 5 days later. Sheets not changed for 5 nights despite cut elbow blood on sheets on first night and 27-30 degree heat. If opened window before 10pm fumes from next door extractor fan enveloped room and no air con available just fan for 30 degree heat. "

"Lovely warm room on a cold night. Restaurant was excellent. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Characterful ambiance. One way road system to get to the hotel was a bit of a nightmare as google maps showed the one way direction incorrectly. "

"The staff was, as always, amazing: extra pillows were waiting for us (as requested); we were informed at check-in that they would be there but if not, just to call reception and they would be provided. There was no decaf in the room but we were offered free a free cup of it from the machine in the reception area. "

Convenient location for our needs!

"This location was very easy check in. We had a car rental and they have secure parking in the back for a small fee which worked for our stay. The room was clean and spacious which was a nice change since most rooms are small here in Europe. We did not use the breakfast option since we felt it was a bit pricey but opted to go to the market to buy some items. They had a small refrigerator and coffee pot with cream & sugar was nice. Overall our stay was great and may return again if in the area. "

What a gem in Waregem!

"Wow what a find! I've know of Parkhotel for many years due to their sponsorship of women's cycling. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfy room and what a breakfast selection, genuinely I stay in a lot of hotels and let's face it, brekkie selection can make or break it! I'm also gluten free due to an allergy and they had tasty gluten free selection. Great bar with a nice buzz in the evening. Totally recommend this ParkHotel and will definitely pick out this group for stays in the future!"
