The management of 12 keys apartments was helpful and kind. The buildings located on a side street and difficult to find even for a taxi. But once you're there you'll be very happy.

He even went out of his was each to greet and check if we needed anything. Great overall location to all the important sightseeing events

Giannis, the host, was excellent. He took care of booking our arrival transportation as well as a great boat tour and our transportation to the airport. The hotel is located in a nice area with a short 7 minute walk to a street full of restaurants. It was a wonderful stay and we will return when we return to Athens. Thank you!

This place was great… it was our first time in Greece and loved how close we were to the markets, restaurants etc… the property was modern and very clean.. I’m not sure how safe the neighborhood was cause it seemed very sketch but we felt safe inside the apartment.. the elevator was like a closet with a swinging door, I took the stairs as my claustrophobia would have sent my into an instant panic attack.. yannis was really awesome and we chatted with him quite a bit, even about his awesome musical tastes.. I definitely recommend staying here

Excellent location, close to most of the attractions in Athens. Very clean building and a beautiful view of Acropolis from the top terrace. Not the same good things to be said about Expedia which let us down and almost stranded without housing after arriving to Athens. The worst possible customer service experience and support on Expedia’s side. We realize they care only of their profit and let us down in relation to getting in touch with the property and confirming our stay. At one point we thought that we will need to find a different place to stay after arriving to Athens. The 12 Key property in Athens management did what Expedia didn’t, contacted us and made sure that everything will be as expected. I would advise anyone who is planning to use Expedia, to think twice before booking with them. Personally I will avoid using Expedia’s services in the future.

We loved the location of this apartment the most, it is just 1 mins walk from the tram station. The area is great with Acropolis just 5-7 mins walk. The host was very communicative and helped us with the local recommendations of the food, transportation, coffee shops. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed, bed was the most comfortable. Highly recommend.

The hosts are very communicative about check-in time for late arrivals. The building was remodeled and very nice and clean. Our room was first floor near reception so it was a little noisy in the mornings but it had an archaeological site on display through the floor! Very unique indeed. Room was perfect— clean, good kitchen and space to put travel items away. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment. We stayed in the grand apartment (d12). Loads of space, modern and had everything we needed. Outdoor space is amazing with rooftop view of the Acropolis and 3 other areas leading from different areas of apartment. Location within a few minutes walk of lots of bars and Hadrians arch. Reception very helpful and Giannis provided lots of info and places to eat, drink etc.

Wonderful experience.
Our stay was amazing. Anastasia and Yanis are the sweetest receptionists. Anastasia greeted us warmly, handled our plethora of problems with grace, translated for us, and arranged our timely transfer to the ship. We worked mostly with Anastasia who is very charming, very sweet, helpful, and always on time. I can’t say enough good things about her. FYI… the elevator only fits two people at a time. And there are five steps up to the front door, which we knew in advance because they informed us since we had a disabled person who can walk, but not much. The room was clean, air-conditioned, modern, comfortable, and we were very pleased. There was a washer in our room that didn’t dry, but our clothes dried fast on the patio in a day. We were greeted with complimentary, wine and water. There are four or five restaurants just up the hill within walking distance. The pizza place was phenomenal. I highly recommend you booking here.

The hosts were very friendly and nice. We were greeted and felt very welcomed. The housekeeper was also very kind. The apartment was cleaned spotless, and everything we needed was provided.
