Located just 0.4 miles from Court Street and 0.6 miles from the Ohio University College Green, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is close enough to walk to all the festivities Athens has to offer while being away from all the noise when it’s time to go home. It comes with 2 off street parking spots and is fully loaded with all the toiletries and linens you need. Perfect for a family visit to your OU student or an alumni trip down memory lane. Stunning pool shared with the other 2 homes on the property. A very unique property with a lot of great amenities. Rent the basement bar/nightclub area, add $250 for the stay. It is a hit with our previous guests!

Awesome pool
My girlfriends and I thought the location to court street was superb. A very nice walk every time. The pool area by far was our favorite part of the entire trip. The rooms and beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens and extra essentials in case we forgot anything. I do feel there wasn’t enough comfortable seating in the main house and that the downstairs was necessary not to feel cramped. So the extra fee for use of that room was excessive. The extra room was nice, but we only used it so we could play games and chat and not fee on top of one another. anything.

Wonderful Owner and Location
We had a great stay in Athens. We had to come very last minute due to a family emergency and the owner was so accommodating and kind to us. They made us feel at home and ensured all we had to worry about was our family member that was sick. The house is great, and old Victorian with charm. Very clean and all the amenities you can ask for. Its location to downtown Athens and the college is unparalleled. We loved this little town and this part of Ohio is beautiful!! They also have a pool that was heated. We would come back for sure.
