This apt is very spacious very close to everything, newly remodeled. I would recommend this place to anyone. Coffee and wine included in the unit. Thank you so much.

We felt safe. There's no front desk. We were giving all info needed for the building via emails 24 hours prior, code to get in, lock box with the keys. The only thing was, if you didnt get a room on the 7 or 8 floor, you can't use the pool or rooftop. The manager was very pleasant, and recommend places to eat that was cheaper. Any issue he was just a phone call away. We spend 2 days there, but would go back.

Great property! Location was very walkable. Host was awesome and very easy to contact. There is no view from this room though which was fine as we were sleeping there only. Very modern apartment. Ot was nice to have a sofa to sit on. On the ground floor which was awesome with all our luggage. Would definately stay here again.

There was nothing about this property, from checkin to checkout that wasn't excellent. Checkin instructions were clear. The location was on a quiet side street literally paces from all that the Monastraki area has to offer. Cafes, bakeries,shopping, bars, subway, grocery store, etc. are all less than 5 minutes walking. Wonderful any time of the day. The room itself was a small studio that looked new. Everything was modern and convenient. The owner put a lot of thought into making the space convenient and comfortable. The shower was great, bed comfortable, has a washer/dryer unit, and many little touches that were appreciated. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Perfect for 2 people. Look no further. ear

Nice place
Very nice apt. No view to the outside but plenty of light. Has a washing machine for laundry. Really great neighborhood with restaurants. Very family friendly even though I was traveling alone.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was super close and walkable (we actually booked this last minute due to safety concerns at our previous pre booked stay) - felt safe walking around at night. Ioannis was a superb host, he managed to get us in to the apartment earlier than the normal check in time, provided us all the details we could need and was available at any time. Having an in apartment washer/dryer felt like such a luxury after a month of travelling and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to prepare a meal. Recommend this place to all!
