All front staff (4) were so helpful and friendly at check-in/check-out and any time we had a question. Serving staff up at the restaurant during dinner time was very friendly too. We loved the free roof top area and it had a great view of the acropolis 24 hours. Rooms and all areas of the hotel had very cute and beautiful decorations.

The people who are in the reception are all lovely, happy to help and we had no complaints. They were wonderful when it came to clarifying where to go and some recommendations for the local area. Wonderful hotel for the convenience of walking distance to major attractions. The only downside is that the store front of the building was boarded up with graffiti and looked sketchy at first. Once you enter the hotel everything was fine. We loved the service and friendly staff. The view from the rooftop was spectacular! The breakfast was pleasant and yum. Highly recommended!

Before we even arrived, the staff was excellent! The customer service was outstanding. They reached out to us to make sure everything was perfect. When we arrived, they walked us through the instructions, which were helpful since you are not able to throw anything in the toilet. The place is super cute and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options.
