"The stay was pleasant but we were unlucky as room 10 is noisy as it was above the door to the swimming pool which shut with a large thud - so an afternoon nap was not possible. "The hotel is extremely well located within the historic centre of Laon. We have stayed there on four separate occasions as we travel through France to or from the Channel Tunnel. The hotel itself is full of historic interest with a somewhat quirky charm. There is ample free parking within easy walking distance and a good choice of restaurants all within a hundred yards of the hotel door. We will be returning there soon."
