"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"We love staying at the boat houses at the Cove! There was plenty of room for hanging out with friends, bedrooms, and all amenities were excellent. Everything was really clean and location was superb! I would definitely rent this again"

"I came to see my daughter run the half marathon in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect. It was in walking distance of everything. The place was well decorated and clean. Joel was prompt in answering my questions and I was even able to check in an hour early. Do not hesitate to book this property."

"I am the only member of our group from N.C. so introducing the others to the area was a special treat. We all loved the mornings on the front porch sipping coffee and evenings on the back patio sipping wine. the proximity to downtown was convenient and being able to walk to restaurants annd shops was another bonus. "The marina and surroundings are fabulous. A bit of work loading in and out but we were informed ahead of time. The accommodations are terrific. Absolutely worth the price and the effort. "

"Charming home and nice quiet neighborhood good for walking. Home was walkable to the Cargo District with lots of fun outdoor bars, coffee shops and food trucks! We were a party of 7 and were very comfortable staying here. Check in and all communications with property manager were excellent. I would suggest bringing your own soap and shampoos as the house did not come with those. Overall a very nice stay and would come back!!"
