"We were given a conference room without couch which is what our reservation said. I was surprised to learn this facility doesn't leave bags in the trash cans. I, myself, like to leave a clean room. The bathtub should have soap, shampoo, etc like your showers. They were bolted to the wall."

"Our stay here was wonderful. The customer service rep was friendly and gave us warm cookies when we first came in. Our room was clean and spacious and we left, the rep gave us more cookies, hot chocolate amd hot tea. I would definitely stay here again. It was also in a great location."
