Located 19 miles from Wright Patman lake. Atlanta state park is located 38 miles. Caddo lake is located 30 minutes away. Visit Texarkana 30 minutes away. Beautiful 2 acre pond right outside the home. October Stay
I stayed for a week for a fishing tournament. Spent evenings/nights mostly and was very satisfied. Outside electric to plug my boat in. Porches to sit on and enjoy weather. Kitchen equipped far past my expectations. Communication was exceptional! I’m from NE Oklahoma so my phone didn’t have the best service but it kept me from sitting round scrolling! They are working on WIFI…. But like I said, kept me from scrolling!
