Not a good hotel. There are many better options nearby. It started on checkin at 6PM. Got to the room, it was on a courtyard. A Hip Hop event in the courtyard was shaking the windows. The whole place felt grungy. Carpet was old, patched, and tattered. They reluctantly moved us to the South Tower, which is a little better. The iron spat rust all over my shirt. Despite asking the front desk, they didn’t get around to replacing the iron. They didn’t service the room during the three days we were there. The hotel is old and vaguely musty. It needs a renovation. Stay somewhere else.

We are incredibly disappointed. Rude service staff and after a long travel day in the car, NOBODY was willing to help us with our 9 year old. She was exhausted and the key didn’t work over and over again.
