Great potential
We needed a half way point from Ohio to Ft Myers Beach and this was very convenient to our route. You can tell they are still in the middle of some remodeling but it is really coming together. All new appliances in the kitchen, new furniture and linens. It was very clean but some touch up paint and finishing touches in the remodeling would go along way to making the house more inviting. One thing missing is a small table near the kitchen area for eating. Owner was responsive and great to work with. The neighborhood was older but we felt safe and comfortable. Can’t wait to see it when all the finishing work is done!
