I like this hotel; however, they are pet friendly and both times I have stayed I have had a barking dog/dogs disrupting my stay. They offer me to move, but not the disruptive guests. Be warned!

My room did not have a microwave while some of the other people within my group did. The cleaners always did a great job. The lady at the front desk who gave us rides in the shuttle in the morning was great. Towards the end of my stay, I found many ants inside my room. A gentleman in the morning told us to ask the front desk for a coupon for the Public house restaurant, I came back later and the nighttime front desk attendant had no idea what I was talking about.

The first room we were placed in had a bed bug between the mattress. The young lady at the front desk was a gem. She quickly moved us to a new room, and was very apologetic. Unfortunately the second room we were moved to had hair in the bed. Overall this was a very stressful and awful experience.

We stayed 1 night on Saturday, 10/5/24. Hotel is fairly nice, and we were told it will be getting an upgrade soon. I had called the night before to find out if the hot tub would be open, as the website stated it was seasonal. I was told that yes it was still in season, and that it was open along with the outdoor pool. Hot tub was cold. I went to the desk and was told that the season was over and she was baffled as to why anyone would have told me otherwise. There was a cart with fresh towels on the pool deck, along with empty beer bottles and a pair of swim trunks. It didnt look closed to me and feel I was given the run around. The food and service at the bar was top notch. The bed was comfortable, and the AC unit worked well but was loud. We come through here a couple times a year, we will pass next time.

Disappointed with ants at the entrance to our room and in the bathroom. An exterminator came quickly but we were still unimpressed. Also very disappointed with breakfast. We loved the buffet 9 months ago. What happened? Staff were and are always helpful.

It’s a nice property. My only complaint is there are no refrigerators in the rooms. The common areas are very nice and comfortable. I would also suggest potpourri or something to make the place smell nice.
