Friendly and accessible staff at front desk, bar and in breakfast area. Parking is not the most convenient with it being a slight walk from the hotel to the detached parking deck. Not many (about 4) spaces close to use for check in to bring in luggage if you have a lot prior to parking. Breakfast and parking included with hotel. Breakfast variety is standard with cereal, fruit, bagels, donuts and eggs, meat and oatmeal. Hotel overall was clean. Room had both bottom pillows that were dirty with one having hair and the other what looked to be make up. Other areas of hotel room were clean. Good location to nearby shops in about 8-10 minutes to Lenox and Phipps which could be longer based on time of day with traffic as the main street (Peachtree) is a heavy traffic area but to be expected.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful- such a welcome experience after a very long travel day. During our entire stay we NEVER had our room attended, we always had to check the hallway for a housekeeping cart just to get fresh towels, at one point we had to catch a cart just to ask that trash be removed from the room!

The room (2 queens) with suite area was huge and very nice! The shower got very 🔥! Hit a snag at check in. Something happened on their computer and we had to wait about 15 minutes. They told us it ws an Expedia glitch. I don't know who's glitch it was but we almost missed the comedy show I paid $500 for tix for my birthday!

The location was convenient, easy access to universities, the airport, and major tourist attractions. Parking garage was secure and at $10 a night was far cheaper than other hotels. Only drawbacks are the rooms are dated and there is no daily housekeeping - which might be due to staffing numbers. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and any requests we made were quickly met.
