What the room lacked in cleanliness, the staff made up for in wonderful service. Lamps splattered and stained, pillow cases dirty, bathtub appeared to be left uncleaned. Found hairs in the sheets of one of the beds. Neighbors were loud until the early hours of the morning blasting Purple Rain. People in and out of rooms all night slamming doors. I hardly slept with my 3:30 am wake up. I will give credit to the lovely man at the desk when I checked in. He was kind, attentive, and friendly. The shuttle was very convenient and on time. Booking process was easy.

We were disappointed to find no breakfast at 6:00 am before our flight. The front desk person mistakenly told us breakfast started at 6:00, but it's actually 7:00 on the weekends. Easy mistake to make, but a bummer.

It´s a great convenience hotel. Very close to Domestic ATL Terminal. Clean and nice room for some days. Please, add more fruit (bananas, apples...) in the breakfast. Thank you, Staff are great and very helpful with clients.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was under some type of construction/renovation, on the Expedia website, when I was making the reservation. Had I known, I would NOT have booked the reservation. There were ventilation pods throughout the lobby so I questioned the air quality of the hotel. The chandelier appeared to be missing its coverings in the front lobby. There were water bugs throughout my sleeping room, which was reported to the front desk staff. The toilet clogged very easily, and it took maintenance over 30-45 minutes to respond after calling guest services. This was not a pleasurable stay. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation but maybe that’s because the reservation was booked third-party.
