We got in very late, started putting our things in the room. Stopped immediately and saw blood on walls, blood on box spring and many more disturbing things. Tried to get someone to come and waited over an hour with no one ever coming. My husband and I fell asleep in two chairs that were in the room, while waiting, not touching the bed. We left early for our flight, but told the front desk again before leaving. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I have pictures with all that was happening in this room

It's a place to stay. We were there for 1 night to catch the first flight out the next morning. There was what appeared to be a prostitute getting out of a vehicle on the property when we were going to dinner. The area is kind of sketchy.

We check into a very stuffy room. We turn the air on to cool the room down. It NEVER cooled the room. We had traveled all day and just wanted the room a few hours to rest. We left the room about 4:15-4:20. Because we had a flight early that morning and to return a car. I told the girl at the desk how the air did not work. “Well you should have called us.” I wasn’t there for a hassle. I didnt need to see Maintenance in there or change to another room. I just needed rest. I just felt her response was not enough. It was like”oh well”. Would not recommend.

Great front desk girl. Shuttle drivers were on time both ways. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Hotel is dated and needs some fixing up. But stuff worked. Was just there 6 hours over night between flights.

Well first of all upon my arrival i called and asked for a early check in and the way they talked to me on the phone was extremely rude and have givin me a crazy explanation on why they dont do earlier check ins , a simple no would have been fine . The room was musky and felt damp the free breakfast was a complete dive the coffee was horrendous , thankfully there was a waffle house across the street . My recommendations is to find a different hotel and stay clear of this one . Its not like other quality inns across America. P.s maybe the front counter staff could be less rude

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the mattress and looked like blood, dirty, used bandaid near the bed and candy wrappers, dirty walls. The room we had was adjoining but not with people we knew and the guests were very loud and it sounded like they were in our room. Their alarm rang at 3:45am and it woke us up. We did not bother trying the continental breakfast so I can’t comment on that and there was no issues with the staff but how this hotel is rated best for their cleanliness is beyond me. The most disgusting room I’ve ever rented and for the price, would definitely not recommend, there’s more options, equal distance to the airport that I would rather spend more money on.

Room looked clean until you see all the stains on the carpet, chair etc. needs updating, room was stuffy and the smelled of weed in the lobby AC was not working well. Continental breakfast was not much of anything. I would only recommend this hotel as a last minute one. Night option and don’t expect much for breakfast,

The Expedia team tried to reach out to the property manager because I let Expedia know that I was trying to change location because Quality Inn & Suites was located in College Park, GA on Old National Parkway a very dangerous city. After several attempts of trying to get $635.15 waiver refund the property manager wouldn't approve of me getting my money back. I never checked in the hotel the 7 days I was in Atlanta so I stayed with my brother in McDonough. Instead of Quality Inn & Suites giving me a partial refund they held that room for me like I was checking in. So many mixed reviews played a part of me wanting to change location. They said no refunds or change of location. My brother and my niece gave me a big tip about that area that caused me to talk to Expedia team on chat.

As Delta and other airlines staff stay in this hotel it is well kept. The only minus is no good restaurants in and around closest is 15 minutes drive.
