BATHROOMS: 3 Bathrooms
The bathroom are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap), towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: The house is perfectly constructed with an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room.

-Complimentary snacks & bottled water available for the guests
-The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel cookware

The living room is furnished with an oversized sofa and private sitting arrangements for guests.

The new, modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances including a vented microwave.

The dining room comfortably sits six (6) guests for dinner. All of your kitchen and dining needs will be met with essential wares consisting of plates, glasses, pots/pans, utensils etc.


ENTERTAINMENT:
A 55" smart streaming TV in the main living room for your leisure watching of news, sports and movies and the second one in the TV room on the lower level.


Note: For private security The Oldknow is equipped with a central station alarm for your use.

PARKING:
We ask that all reservations are limited to 5 vehicles to be responsible and considerate neighbors! Additional parking may be available at local MARTA stations.


GRILL:
You are free to utilize the grill available but please be advised there is a separate service/cleaning charge of $25.

PETS:
-Pet Fee: $150 per pet
-Not all pets are allowed. (Guests should inquire before booking and send along a photo and full description of the animal as all pets need pre-approval to stay)
-Up to 2 pets only (less than 20 lbs each)
-Pets must be kept off the furniture and kept in a cage overnight or when guests are out
- You are financially responsible for any possible extensive clean-up / deodorizing & or damage expenses incurred because of your pet during your stay



Additional Rules:

Simply treat our home as if it were yours and be respectful

No additional guests aside from the guests listed in the reservation are allowed

No smoking of any kind INSIDE the home

No parties with excessive alcohol use

No illegal drugs on the property

No excessive music or noise

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet

Place all trash in trash cans prior to departure

Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to departure

Place all used towels in linen baskets or laundry room prior to departure

Failure to adhere to the above policies can, unfortunately, result in immediate cancellation of your stay and/or vacating of the premises with an additional fee for extra cleaning and possibly forfeiting of your $200 security deposit.

The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Great house to fit the whole crew

Great experience with the house. It was clean, and ready for us upon arrival. Plenty rooms with beds for everyone. You can tell the house is a rental as there are repairs that are done that aren’t 100% but this was not an issue. Only issue whatsoever is the location. It’s a rough part of town although we had no issues in the area.

We have stayed at this home twice with church and school groups. The hosts have been so welcoming and responsive to any question, and the home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate, with quick access to routes that take you to Atlanta sites. We will definitely look to return to this home on a future visit.

Our stay at this property was very nice. It was clean, had lots of space and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the house manager was excellent and she was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Atlanta.

We had the key fall of the key chain of a member in our group and the owner worked with us late at night to send us a spare key so we could get into the house. We were able to find the key at a parking garage but they went out of the way to get us in the house.

1. The neighborhood is absolutely in the slums. If you are used to a certain standard of neighborhood where you can Walk out and about this is not the place 2. 15 minutes from downtown which is nice 3.very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and easily accounted for a party of 8. 4. Water seeped into the backdoor after a rain storm. I texted the point of contact at night. They didn't respond until after check out. 5. Parking is fine for a party with 3 cars. Overall stay. Decent at best. Wouldn't go back due to the neighborhood.

Week of misfortune

Ads can be misleading. I received a message hours before check in saying there was a long term guest in a cottage on the property. When we arrive there was a small house st the end of the drive, very close to the house. There was plenty of room inside the house. Night one, water came in the bottom floor when it rained and the rooms downstairs had centipedes in every room. Next the refrigerator went out and it took two days to get a replacement, forcing my family of 15 to eat out and spend extra money. In the last few days, I expressed my concerns and suggested a small discount on our stay. The owner responded by yelling aggressively and tell me that my family of 15 should just leave if we were unhappy. It was extremely scary, unprofessional and unnecessary. I would never use this owner again.

Loved it! House was much more spacious than what was expected, it was very clean, loved the bedroom decor and beds were comfortable. Kitchen provided with all essentials, utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. Bathrooms had hand soap as well as shampoo and bath soap. We were also provided a supply of towels. The location was good; easy access to downtown and airport.
