I loved the hotel everything about it from location to cleanliness. It was close to every place I went to and convenient. Things I didn't like was the bathroom shower is outdated it needs to be upgraded. Lastly the amount of parking was extremely high. I paid all that money to stay there in luxury hotel then got hit with the $55 fee per day for valet. Come on now y'all need y'all own garage that public parking next door was expensive as well. But overall I had a ball I will be staying there again.

First of all when we got there, we were told we could not park at the hotel because valet was full! Second, the property around the hotel is very dirty and smells like urine and feces. There are homeless people begging for money around the property and is very unsafe. Inside the hotel isn’t bad at all. But I would never stay here again not a great experience!

The service at the Westin property was below average—unwelcoming and not very helpful. When I reached out to the front desk about an issue with the Wi-Fi, the person provided me with a code but, when I asked where to enter it, simply replied, “I don’t know how to help you.” I eventually figured it out on my own. When I let her know that I figured out, she simply hung up without asking if there was anything else they could assist with. There were also issues with the elevator; I had to wait over 10 minutes, and when I informed the staff, they didn’t seem concerned or interested in helping. The staff overall were not as friendly or welcoming as I would expect from a Marriott/Westin hotel. I would rate this property three stars, definitely not four. The cleaning service was also subpar. After my room was supposedly cleaned, I returned to find a hair left in the bathtub, suggesting the cleaning was minimal, with the bed made but little else done. Overall, NOT a Marriot/Westin experience - need some improvement.

I have always known the Westin for being a nice hotel and landmark in Atlanta. Unfortunately almost everything about our trip fell short. First off, it is $60/day to have your car valet parked. Atlanta parking is notoriously unsafe so you really have no other choice. The room was ok, nothing too special. The bathroom however was unclean with old/previously used products under the sink and grime in the tile of the shower. Our water was never hot and lukewarm at best. When it was finally time to checkout, we had to wait ~30 minutes for valet to bring our car back (keep in mind the same valet we paid >$100 for). Oh and if you want to view the city at the sun Dial, it is $10 just to go up the elevator. There is no seating to enjoy the view so don’t waste your money by going up there and walking around for 2 minutes. The Westin is definitely not what it used to be. All Atlanta cares about is a cash grab so be prepared to spend spend spend.
