Rental includes all appliances, 3 smart tv's, washer/dryer, dining room table, sofa with queen sleeper, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. My wife and I needed a place to stay overnight with our dogs on the way to Orlando from Chicago, and this spot was perfect. Very clean, great space, fenced in area for letting the dogs out to romp, and quite comfortable. It's also in a great location, near plenty of restaurants, shops, and conveniences.Sadly, when we arrived late in the evening, the power was out on the entire block! Bobby was incredibly responsive, helping us check the status, offering to call neighbors to see if they could loan us candles or flashlights, etc. When the power came on, he again had to deal with us, as we worked through getting the smart devices back online. Can't say enough about how accessible he was. Great stay!

We were in town for the Braves game and found this place to be very clean and comfortable for our family of six. Close proximity to stadium. Easy check in/check out. Would definitely stay again when we come back for future games.

Super fun location close to the Braves stadium which has so many fun bars and restaurants around it. All the cars parked on the street in the neighborhood made it a bit of a challenge coming in and out. Grateful the home has 2 spots in the driveway to use. Disappointed there wasn’t a place to sit outside and relax, but inside was quite comfortable. Would stay again.

Our family loved staying here. Comfy beds, plenty of space, and close to The Battery! We went to two games while there. About a mile walk to the ballpark which makes it way easier than parking!! We will return!

Came to Atlanta for a quick visit to see the Braves play as well as for king and country concert. Super cute condo. Great that it was pet friendly had plenty of space enjoyed our trip. Bobby was very easy to communicate with. Will come back to the area again and would stay in the same condo.

Only 0.7 mile walk to Truist Park but is mainly uphill. Very limited breakfast options. Staff are very receptive, friendly and efficient.

The townhouse was nice and the check in was easy. It was close to all of the areas we were visiting. the property manager was responsive when we reached out. some notable comments from our review is that it is not quite walking distance or a good idea to walk to the game at Truist Park - it is a good walk and mostly uphill so not an easy walk and crossing the main 6 lane highway also was not going to be good during busy time. The size of the unit was nice, with 2 bedrooms and the common areas living room and kichen and game room. and only a short drive to everything we had planned. The not so good - no dish towels in the kitchen at all. ANTS galore, we had to buy ant spray and sprayed daily multiple times to try to get them out. that was bad. the dishwasher was very hard to work and when we got it open - it was full of ants. the furniture in the screened in porch area was falling apart and terrible. the back deck and yard area were in bad shape. there needs to be an awning or small roof over the front door. It rained and the gutter was stopped up and rain poured in the front door. the furniture out front was also falling apart and needed to be replaced. it did not look good at all. I would also agree that the place is in need of some TLC and someone needs to go in and review / update / paint. The floor is pretty but is overlay and there are significant soft places and slopes. the ceilings have been painted over / patched but cracking and looks bad. For the price, there needs to be some updates to the facility. fyi - there was also an unlocked closet in the screened in area with paint cans and junk in it that should have been locked up for safety reasons. Again the place is nice, just could definitely use some review from the inside and some touch ups. a mat at the front door, dish towels, updated furniture in screened in area, some attention to the back area and an exterminator.

Reviews are on point…place is on point…location to the stadium on point! Great place for a family going to the game and don’t want to cram in the hotels. About a 3/4 mile walk each way, but not bad unless you go when we did on Aug 1-3rd(lol). Otherwise, highly recommended place with a great property manager in Bobby! Was easy peasy!!
