SEAFIRE OF OCEAN RIDGE is a newly renovated and furnished oceanfront home well suited for large gatherings. The home boasts 7 bedrooms: *K*K*K*K*K*K*4DB* all with ocean or sound views. The great room features seating for 28+ that includes formal dining for 16 and a fully stocked kitchen. Third floor primary suite with King bed also has a sitting area with pull out sofa, glam bathroom w/whirpool tub w/ocean views and deck. The ground level has a separate entrance, rec room and 2 bedrooms with ocean views, a bunk room, kitchenette with laundry and immediate access to beach front area with grill and outdoor shower. Off street parking for 10+ vehicles. Weddings allowed with additional fees.

Father’s 89th birthday get together/fishing trip
Very clean and perfectly appointed. Excellent parking accommodations for such a large property! Very spacious with cozy areas for intimate conversations! Sand pit play area was a hit with the children! Will be 1st choice for booking next year, if not sooner!

The house was everything we hoped for. Spacious rooms. Wonderful for large gatherings and being able to both have your own space but gather for meals and visiting. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels and wash rags, games, cleaning supplies, and beach gear. It was exactly what we wanted!

Perfect beach house with tons of space
We enjoyed a holiday weekend at the beach house. It was so much bigger than we expected. Plenty of room to play board games, do puzzles, and eat. Beds were really comfortable and house was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies, paper products, and basic toiletries. And we appreciated the simple check out of leaving beds unmade and towels in bathrooms. Location was great. Walkable to some shops and restaurants. We were able to see dolphins swim by every day. Overall, excellent stay.

Girls Weekend Success!
We had a great time and a great view. Access to the beach is great, you can jump on and take a walk. Porch sitting is a must. The house was great and a plus to have king beds in 6 rooms. It makes it really nice. Will go back for an annual girls trip.

A little piece of heaven on earth
The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. l You really made my our daughter's beach wedding exact vision come true and I am so grateful! The venue ( The Beach House )and set up looked stunning!! . So thank you guys again for hosting us and making their wedding such a memorable experience for not only the bride and groom in their family, but also all the attendees!! Incredible stay in Atlantic Beach
This property is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The house is gorgeous, with incredible views of the dunes and ocean. We enjoyed so much time on the multiple levels of decks, and loved the private beach access through the dunes. The bedrooms had ample space, and the host left all the beach amenities you would need! The check in process was very easy, and the host very communicative and kind. Not to mention, the house was on a quiet road with little traffic and a large private driveway, in the heart of Atlantic Beach for a fantastic location. We are definitely going to be planning another stay here!

Amazing house
We had a small family gathering and it was amazing. The house was clean well stocked and well appointed with everything we needed. The weather was tricky but the large home allowed ups to enjoy the views out of the high winds. It was fabulous!! I highly recommend the property and the gracious hostess. She was spot on!!

Above and Beyond
Everything about Seafire was a notch above other cottages we have rented at Atlantic Beach for over 20 years. Don’t bring anything because they provide everything. Our family of 15 loved the space to be together when we wanted and to be apart when we needed.

Wonderful
This property and home are gorgeous. Very spacious and provided general amenities for bathrooms. As a note there are a lot of stairs and no elevator, if you have an elderly family member or someone who can’t get around easily. We had a bit of AC troubles but the owners were very responsive and helped resolve it quick! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our group of 4 families. The kitchen was fully stocked & the bathrooms included hotel like amenities. The VRBO listing is 100% accurate and the host is super responsive. Our adult children were very happy to find king beds & double bunks instead of being jammed into twin bunk beds. We are an active group and the neighborhood is perfect for walking, running or cycling. Visiting Fort Macon on a bike, or on foot, is a great morning adventure. An all-around great place for a family get away!!

Memories made on Memorial Day 22
Nonna gathered all her family under one roof with incredible views from every vantage point. Daughter and husband and 2 and 4 year old had their own private floor with beach right outside their door. 2 brothers and sister got their own private gorgeous bedrooms and bath. And best of all Nonna got the master en-suite away from it all. An excellent time was had by all.

Everything we wanted and more!
I stayed at this house for my wedding weekend with my family. House is updated and spacious. There was 12 of us- 4 nephews, 2 siblings and their spouses, my maid of honor and my mom and dad. We all felt comfortable and had plenty of space with the bedroom layout across 3 floors. The views are amazing and there is great natural light. In fact the space was so gorgeous that my photographer decided to do our first look and a few photos there. Thank you again for an awesome beach weekend!

Great House, Great location!
Had an awesome stay! The house comfortably fit all 17 of us. The access to the beach was great and we appreciated the house having a few chairs and toys to play with. The bathrooms were fine, but the doors that connected into each bedroom either didn’t close or didn’t close all the way. Speaking of bathrooms, there was not enough toilet paper for 17 ppl staying 4 days and 3 nights. We ended up having to go buy about 24 rolls to make it through the weekend. Other than that, the house had everything we needed and was just an overall perfect house and location for our big group!

Walking to the beach is treacherous, the best with the hot sand. It’s really bad and no elevator in the house for floors is really hard unpacking and packing.

Family stay at Beach rose house
This house is beautiful with spectacular ocean views. We had 19 people stay comfortably. There was plenty of dining space for us to have meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and basic needs. The decks were great for hanging out and being able to watch activity on the beach. Short walk to the circle. Management responded quickly to answer questions and accommodate our need for grilling tools. We brought kitchen and bath towels based on previous reviews and am glad we did because they were needed with such a large group. There was a nice long driveway and parking was never an issue even with a lot of cars. Will definitely book again!!

Family fun on the beach
This property surpassed our expectations in terms of space and proximity to the beach. We had some weather but because we were right there, we could run down the path and enjoy some ocean time whenever the weather allowed for a while. There were lots of toys and boogie boards. We loved the outdoor shower and the stocked kitchen so we could stay in to eat. The bedrooms were private and the beds very comfortable. The lowest level and the bunkbed room were great for the kids, as well as the extra refrigerator on that level. It would have been helpful to have more nice shower towels, bath towel mats and more kitchen towels and sponges. Also, an instruction book with information about trash, check-in and out procedures, etc. would have been appreciated.

Absolutely Awesome
My husband and I waited too late to book a cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary, so we decided to go to the beach. This was our first time at Atlantic Beach. This spot is quiet, uncrowded, and the perfect respite. This house in particular is absolutely awesome. Upon entering, we were impressed with its expansive, clean, and inviting decor. The ocean view, seen from the entire beach side of the house and from all three balconies, is totally unobstructed and beautiful. Numerous restaurants are close, as is a grocery store and ice cream parlor. We had a fantastic time together, enjoying each other, remembering, and feeling our blessings. We did have a friend with us who had difficulty climbing the stairs. She was aware of the multi-levels ahead of time, though, from the descriptions on the website, and chose to come anyway. She did enjoy her time here and the beauty and quietness of the place. I can’t imagine a better way to spend time with friends and family. We hope to make this house and location a family vacation tradition.
