Stayed one night to attend a concert in town. The price of our room was reasonable but this is a classic example of getting what you pay for. This property is just a shell of it's former self, like a lot of properties with rich history in AC. It's VERY dated and in desperate need of a remodel but why would they make that investment? With the obvious lack of business, I honestly don't know how they stay in operation. There was a holiday pop up bar on the property which looked like a really cool place to grab a drink after our concert, unfortunately it was already closed when we returned to the hotel..at 11pm. On a Saturday night, in Atlantic City.....sighhh

The room was old and outdated. Closet doors falling off. Looked liked someone tried to pry the lock open. Room was not as clean as it should be. Staff was very short. Long wait for check in and check out

I had a quick dinner at Longo’s inside Bally’s. My dish was spaghetti with red clam sauce and garlic, and the sauce was delicious. I did not have time to explore the area around Bally’s because I had an 8 p.m. show to see Cyndy Lauper at the Hard Rock Arena. The cab service was convenient downstairs in the concierge area. I hope to return to see the sights.

We had to switch rooms 4 times. On one hand so thankful they were accommodating. On the other hand there shouldn't have been so many rooms with issues. I travel with meds and two of the rooms the refrigerator didn't work. One of the rooms with the broken refrigerator phone didn't work either. One of the rooms smelled so bad. One room the TV didn't work. Our final room was perfect. They gave us a mild upgrade of the room but there wasn't anything else done to accommodate us. And the one manager almost lost her patience with me. But, I reminded her that as tired as me and my family was we stayed polite throughout this whole ordeal and never asked for anything but a fully functional room. Without complaints we moved our bags and not having a phone came back downstairs to resolve it since we couldn't call. She thought about that I guess and worked it out
