Overall, the property is decent but it really needs to be updated. It really looks old-fashioned The TV screen need to be updated. Also, the bathrooms Tubs are very small. The customer service is needs improvement

The property is advertised as a Deluxe condo. There was nothing deluxe in my opinion because the rooms need updating. The room was clean and spacious but nothing deluxe or modern. Also be aware that they will push a time share presentation offer during check in. They lure you with some tempting gifts. when you attend, they basically trap you in a room to push their product and heavy pressure to sign up. Guests should just be aware of this, they do not explain any of this while checking in.

I enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite and clean atmosphere. It was a family friendly option in a Casino driven area, no smoking smells like the Casinos.

The elevator system is HORRIBLE & makes no sense, you can wait 30 mins for one at any given time. The pool water had our group of girls coughing nonstop & the parents eyes burning just from sitting in the chairs, it was scary! The best part about this hotel is you can get a 2 bedroom condo for a great price but that’s the ONLY good thing - the space. Choose wisely

I love the pool, the movie theater, the complementary laundry, and the gaming room for the kids. The arcade for the kids very easy to find my room was amazing the view of the ocean.
