Asked for a non smoking room was given a smoking room smelled like smoke complete with an ashtray, burn marks in the bedding, and room was dirty items in the vending machine expired in 2023. Not well maintained. Property could use a complete overhaul.

Staff did take a little bit to check me in but other than that very peaceful stay. We booked a non smoking room, clean, ac was working good as well. Nice quiet area the bus stop to Atlantic City is less than 5 minutes walking distance.

If I may be honest, if it wasn’t for an unforeseen circumstance, that me and my partner had to stay over night in AC I wouldn’t have booked with this facility but unfortunately the prices were high for last minute stays and we had not much of a choice.. the room had a bad mold smell that it personally took 3 washes to get out of my hair by the time I got home and in the shower but other than that.. it was decent.

it was a bad experience .since we got into the reception, it toke too long for the staff to give me the room key ,then they asked for a deposit of 50dollar in cash before getting into the room ,after that we just enter into the room and we got out because of the smell of the cigarettes and dirtiness the sheets of the beds everything was so messy and dirty, bathroom door was so mole .i will never recommend neither go to this hotel

I travel a lot and whenever I come to Jersey I stay wherever the manager i know is running the hotel and this time it just happens to be the Journeys End. She is very capable, kind, and understanding. One day I knew i was going to be arriving late so I called ahead. I arrived at 3 am. She was up waiting for me, ready with the key. So this is an example of the kind of service ypu can expect when you stay here. The hotel, however, could use a thorough spring cleaning, inside and out. I think every hotel with diverse traffic should have a spring cleaner once a month, especially those rooms that have rugs. So the condition and cleanliness of the hotel should reflect the the personality of the manager who smiles when you enter the office for your reservation. I would help.
