This hotel offers everything. Dining, shopping, entertainment and of course gambling. Our room was clean and very quiet. This hotel had easy access to the boardwalk and beach.The bell hops were especially helpful and informative. Check in and out were very quick and easy through the app. This is the only property I would consider during my stay in Atlantic City.

I brought a few issues to the to the staff. They don’t really care. They have too many excuses even the manager did even bother coming to the desk is too busy. Once I was talking to the staff member, she went to the manager twice the manager didn’t even bother coming to the front desk

My room in the North Tower was dated and in need of repair. It was not the cheapest room that was offered and not the most expensive but for any amount of money, should have been better. There was a hole in the bathroom near the toilet paper holder. The ceiling was in despair, worn and in need of new paint. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but had a faint smell of cigarettes. We had a view of the parking garage. The walls were paper thin. Annoyed as I paid additional to check in early as well. This was not my first experience with a room like this at Tropicana but it will be my last. I kept hoping conditions would improve with the rooms overall but that has yet to be the happen. I have decided I will no longer stay at Tropicana when visiting Atlantic City again. I'll pay a little more and stay at the other end of the boardwalk.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

I enjoyed the boxing match they had one noght at the hotel. the easy access to the beach. the partying facilities in the hotel itself. we had a great time
