The guy that poured the vehicle for us when they go in a vehicle they address everything mirrors and everything and that’s not good because when they bring your vehicle for you, you’re on the road all the mirrors they’re not in this proper position can cause an accident they need to just take a vehicle and go park it just leave things in the vehicle alone that’s it that’s all

Tropicana is a little older facility, but for the price, you get a lot. You really don't even need to leave the property for just about anything you'd need. The casino was modern and games were good, and plenty of dining options too. Staff was very helpful, especially as I wandered about looking for things (its a pretty big place to be prepared to walk) and overall, I had a great time with nothing to complain about. In the off season its a great value and fun time.

Employees of Tropicana seemed not to know where showroom.. mist have asked six of your team members ans all said that they didnt know.. african american gentleman in a suit was happy to walk us to escalators leading to showroom.

We saw a roach in our room there was hair in the shower (lots of it)!!! The floors were filthy and when I was leaving to check out the housekeeper was in the next room watching tv on her phone!! I asked her is this what you do on your shift? No wonder the rooms are so dirty!!!

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I stay at a resort, I expect to feel like I’m indulging in a luxurious, relaxing getaway. As a parent, when I get a chance to escape with my husband, I want it to feel special, like a break from the chaos of everyday life. Unfortunately, this stay did not deliver that experience. I booked an ocean-view room, but the view was terrible and nothing like what I expected. The shower was filthy, and the bathroom overall was not cleaned properly. The table in the room was dirty, which made it feel like cleanliness was not a priority. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring room, making it impossible to relax. When I ran out of tissue and towels, there was no one available to assist. To top it off, the mattress was in terrible condition and extremely uncomfortable—it felt more like staying in a low-budget motel than a resort. This stay fell far below my expectations for a relaxing and luxurious experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway.

Nice looking Hotel/casino. Very busy and a younger crowd. Lots of stores and people. Room was decent. Parking kinda stinks. Big lines to check in. Probably wouldn't go back, though.

Overall had a good time. After self parking in the deck it was very difficult to find the proper place to checkin for the Chelsea tower. Eventually learned we had to go to south tower check in, then learned Chelsea tower is closed and then directed to north tower. After that all was fine.
