There was no fitted sheet on bed so sheet kept coming off and had to lay on mattress topper. There was ants on desk. The lady that helps you at check in kiosk was very short and rude with to us. Also, even with the maps randomly placed through out it is still very confusing to find anything. And I know it wasn’t just us everywhere we walked in the resort people were lost. I wouldn’t try hotel again. Also, I got king size suite but our bed was definitely a queen.

The breakfast at Gilchrist was excellent. The service was even better than the food. The property smelled like smoke in the main areas. The rooms had a dated, vibe but were clean. Parking was a nightmare- even the valet took over an hour. But overall service was refreshingly helpful and friendly.

It was my first time staying and I had a great time for my birthday the only negative I have to mention is the valet it gets very hectic especially during the weekend they have to be a bit more organized we waited over 40 min for our car to arrive and I couldn’t even use my $5 off . Other then that everything was great

Had a great time. Just elevators were ridiculous as well as valet parking took forever to get your vehicle. Elevators out of 5 only 2 worked and was always full by the time we tried to get it. Valet took at least 30 min to get car. Everything else was good. Just that left a mark for me.
