Everything was beautiful and modern inside and the kitchen was well equipped with a handful of coffee pods and all the dinnerware you could possibly need (bring milk and sugar if you need it for your morning cuppa). "The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. "Initially we were a bit surprised at the rural farm setting. However, it was a very "genuine" home and the host was amazing!! Provided us with a fantastic breakfast and we had coffee and tea ready to go in the morning. The bathroom and shower are iutside in another building but extremely clean. One of our favorite places in Switzerland. People are everything and the hosts were the best!!"

"The house is beautiful located on top of Lake Lucerne. It has excellent location to have as a station to visit central Switzerland. Stunning views from the house to stay in and enjoy your days too. "This was a great place to stay. So affordable and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room had just what you needed. (There was even access to an ice machine for crazy ice-obsessed Americans.) Even though it was in a busy spot of town, it was totally quiet in the room. I was able to store my luggage on arrival and after checking out until my train that evening, so I saved about 20 CHF in locker fees. I would totally stay here again."
