"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. "I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices. "

"The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"

"Enjoyed the excellent service at the Pullman! Great location - shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Tram pickup right outside the door. "Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
