"Genuinely if you’re in the area and seeking a tranquil little refuge. Look no further. Take it from a guy (me) who books everything last minute. I just happened to pick this place after a long day of hiking and traveling, only to discover how nice it was after. Clean cabins with wonderful owners. Close to everything in the nearby towns, but feels like you’re deep in the woods for a retreat. 10/10. "

"We had a lovely restful week in this well-appointed cabin in the woods. The walls, floors, and even the ceilings are made of wood all assembled by a ream of excellent carpenters. The kitchen is highly functional and well-outfitted. The stove works very well. The living areas are very comfortable as are the bedrooms. We enjoyed the wood stove. "This is a spacious house in a beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Champlain. There is limited access right behind the house where we were able to take pictures of the comet and gorgeous sunsets. There are many books to be read and a variety to choose from. We weren’t able to use the fireplaces for some reason. But after reading the House Instructions, we saw they weren’t available. "We stayed at this lake house for a weekend away from our daily busy lives. This home was so relaxing and had the most incredible views. We enjoyed the outdoors with fishing off the dock and the cool evenings by the fireplace. The host was very responsive and communicated with the us throughout our stay whenever we had questions. We will be back here again with our family. Truly a wonderful experience."

Errins place is wonderful, location can't be beat for downtown Burlington access and is only a few blocks from Champlain College. VERY WALKABLE! "Overall a very nice space, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. Only complaint was being accused of having a pet there because the cleaning person found a shirt with hair on it. I was sent an invoice immediately for an extra cleaning fee without even asking first. We were a work crew in the area only staying there to eat and sleep, definitely no space for pets. We did get this cleared up and they said I didn't have to pay the fee."

"Everything was great, from the bed to giant TV to pool and such. Great restaurant/bar in house. Nice. But I'll mention two minor things that were important to me and I find, in reviews, they give me a sense of the place overall. 1. Coffee. I like in-room coffee, but they have a main Bunn coffee machine for each floor. In theory, great, as it grinds the beans right there! Except our floor's didn't work. I went to another floor and got brown colored water that overflowed my cup. On a third floor I tried it made meh coffee. There is a fridge there but they don't use it, and instead had bht creamers. 2. I appreciate a complimentary breakfast, even if a simple, spare continental and coffee. Typically, I go, drink coffee, and read while my wife sleeps in. This complimentary breakfast was indicated when I looked at the listing ,but the fine print is a voucher for an in-house cafe. Fine. Except the voucher was $10 for two of us, and simple coffee started at $3.00 and most pastries were expensive, not to mention any kind of actual breakfast. We spent $22 over our voucher. Again, minor for a great stay. Five stars. I'll be back. This time I might bring my own coffeemaker, though."
