"Un weekend familiale avec enfants, le temps n'était pas au rendez vous mais la maison était suffisamment grande et équipé pour passer un très agréable séjour. Les alentours de la maison sont très agréable avec une vue sur les petits valons de la campagne environnante."

We where very disappointed. We do travel a lot as a family and I have seen a number of properties. This one needs a deep clean . "The location is so peaceful. Surrounded by the forest with a wonderful view down to the small lake. We enjoyed sitting outside, spotting the local wildlife,such as deer, wild boar and numerous birds. There's plenty of space for children to play. There's badminton,boules and ping pong.You can walk in the woods or cycle. If you enjoy cycling, the area is great and even the small county lanes are well maintained. "The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel."
