There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Take the elevator up to your unit and luxury awaits. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement. Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit. There is a 55in flat screen television in each living room with a complete cable and internet package included. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.
One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This was our second stay in the Godbold Building. The condo is beautiful...love the decor! It is very clean and has everything you need! The beds are very comfortable! The host is wonderful at communication!

We loved our time here! Perfect location for our visit to Auburn. Loved the space and that we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The furniture and decor are lovely, beds are very comfortable and I feel it had everything we needed! One thing to think about when staying here…It is right on college street so it does get loud at night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a sound machine in the room that helps also. Wasn’t a problem for me, just thought I would put it out there for the light sleepers. Don’t let that deter you from staying here though. It is a great place to stay! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location and so homey!
My mother in law and I visited my daughter for a long weekend and this was the absolute perfect place to stay!!! It was super cozy and decorated beautifully. The sound makers in the rooms were perfect but we really didn’t notice much of the bar noise. You will not be disappointed with the location and overall comfort of this place!!! Can’t wait to stay again. A+++

Great location and very nice!
The condo was exactly as described. It’s very convenient, furnished with high end furniture and has everything you need. The included parking spot was great. The only issue we experienced was street noise (proximity to bars), but that was expected with a weekend stay. The nice, clean condo and being central to everything outweighed the noise for us. I’d love to stay here again.

Place was gorgeous! Didn’t have toiletries but host got them to us the next day, lucky the Target below had travel shampoo. Train loves to travel a lot in the night and is a block away, wind howls through windows and you can hear people and cars passing by. But with all that said I’d stay again but bring shampoo and earplugs.

Unbeatable Location & Comfortable Stay
My husband, father-in-law, and I traveled to Auburn for our son's lacrosse games and thoroughly enjoyed this property. Easy walk to restaurants and to campus. Having the Target store there, too, allowed us easy access to snacks and breakfast food. Recommended!

Loved this condo! It’s the perfect location and price! You can walk anywhere downtown or on campus! It’s right above the target too incase you need anything! The host was great with communication and left very easy instructions for getting in! The parking is also right outside the condo and any other guest can park in the garage right next to it!

Gorgeous condo with a wonderful view of College Street
We were in town for a family reunion, and it just happened to be the same weekend as the Mardi Gras parade that went right down College Street. We had the most amazing view of the parade right from our living room window. The condo is beautifully decorated and really clean and cozy. It got a little loud at night but that’s to be expected since it’s right on College Street.

Beautiful unit in the heart of downtown Auburn
Really nice, new, modern unit. King size beds were a really nice touch. Closets are huge if you need some storage space. In-unit washer/dryer is helpful for a longer stay and allowed us to pack lighter. Tremendous location - stone's throw from the best of Auburn. Noise was not as intrusive as I thought it would be considering the location. Only minor drawback is that a good bit of natural light comes through in the morning - would bring a sleep mask next time.
