Very relaxed and chill like your staying at a friends house. Lady who manages it was nice and accomadated my sleeping arrangements.(i am disabled). I don't understand people giving this place bad reviews you get a safe quiet place to sleep for cheap. If you want the bells and whistles I would suggest going to a hotel. My favorite part was being less than half a miles from Casino/Bingo hall. Has functional kitchen if you'd rather eat at home. I befriended the guy i was sharing the room with. Would stay here again!
