"Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend. "

"Something very different for two oldies to experience. We were in the smallest accommodation, I assume, and the problem would have been in making up the bed had we not been pretty fit. Very compact, comfortable and a nice breakfast, on request, brought to the cabin by friendly people."

"Clean, spacious apartment near city center. It took me a while to figure out the lights and the appliances are a wee different then in the US. Don't be alarmed if you do a wash and it's taking 3 hours.The washing machine automatically does the drying as well. Overall, a brilliant place to stay. Tesco is across the street. "

"14 of us from Worthing Rowing Club travelled up to take part in Monster the Loch and stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for our needs - plenty of bed space and a lovely homely kitchen that we lived in when not on the water. The aga warmed us up on our return from the race and cooked us big breakfasts and dinners. I have the identical aga so it was like being at home! There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and we managed to squeeze all of us round the kitchen table but...

"Hotel is in an excellent location. The room we had was overlooking the river and castle so we were very lucky. We were going to a show at the Eden Court theatre which was only a short walk away. My only criticism is the lack of parking for guests staying at the hotel. "

"My stay at the hotel was great. Check in and out super easy, nice rooms, great value. "Wanted to write a review as it was so good to see the attitude and hard work of all staff members, especially the younger members of the team. Proper hospitality, lovely food, amazing wine list and atmosphere. The hotel was super busy but there's a small army of staff... Including a very cheery breakfast chef this morning, constantly bringing out fresh food... Breakfast was lovely. Also loved the piano player in the evening. Minor criticism, hope it's helpful.... More info at reception on check in, make check in 3pm, not 4. Changing area for pool not very nice, mouldy lockers. However, a five star stay and will return. Thanks."
