The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for the price. However, since the unit is shared with another occupant upstairs, it can get uncomfortable if the person above doesn’t respect others and makes excessive noise.

Parking and entry a little challenging, ensure you get good instructions as to driveway entry, as address is Mt Albert Road, but entry is off Pah Road.
