Air traffic noises and light from neighbours property
Below the flight path for large planes leaving Auckland airport day and night. Neighbours house behind had bright spotlight that went off and on every few minutes followed by beeping noises - all night, shining in through the kitchen window of VRBO. Did not make for a restful stay.

Property was difficult to locate due to absence of visible street signage. On-site parking was appreciated. Property was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. We never met or talked to the property manager (since a rating of the property manager was required in order for the survey to proceed, please note we tried to be neutral by assigning a value of “3”) Suggestions to improve quality of guest experience would include the following: 1. Additional seating in living room to accommodate 4-6 guests. 2. Bedside tables and lamps in each bedroom. There were none, only a bed in each room. 3. Blackout Drapes on windows at rear of house to obscure neighbour’s motion light that was activated all night long at 5-10 second intervals.

This property was lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Could definitely be improved with working smoke alarms and a proper fire exit. Safety precautions definitely need improvement. A washing machine would also be handy.

Excellent property. 2nd time we have stayed here as it is a fantastic property. My only suggestions will be the same as previously said that more seating or a sofa bed in the lounge would be a welcome addition as would bedside tables. Other than that, it's perfect for our needs. Easy process. Easy location. Everything needed if you turn up with little. Only thing would suggest is getting some tee towels and an oven mitten. Bit odd having everything else, but not these things which are general part of the kitchen. Otherwise, just let the Guest know to bring their own. These are things that people won’t even think about when they’re booking and see whats provided. Fortunately, we had an Aunt nearby. Other than that. Great. If we need accommodation again in that area we would consider this place again. Good value for money. thank you very much.

Love staying here, would happily stay again. Water was a bit temperamental but aside from that a great weeks stay. Not far commute to the other attractions we came up for and walked to rainbows end! Top sheets and another couple blankets wouldn’t go a miss either. Thanks again!

Awesome location, a bit far away from the main city of attractions. However very close to take outs and Rainbows End! No washing machine which was a bit of a downfall as only 2 towels were provided for each room. Otherwise, nice tidy and comfortable home, we travelled from Wellington and was able to check in early which were great full for. Awesome time in Auckland. Thank you to the host for housing 6 adults and providing enough toilet paper for our 2 night stay lol

Newly renovated interior and spotless! We were up for a wedding and it was cheap Ubers to everywhere we wanted to go being handy to motorway etc.
