Everything was great, nice warm house, very clean and well equipped. Using the downstairs toilet was a challenge, which we laughed off.

The house was easy to find and easy to get into. The area is great; a short walk to a market, cafe, and post office, very friendly people in the neighborhood. Close to a lot of open spaces and nice places to run. A short drive to the Surbiton train station that has a very large parking lot and frequent fast trains to Waterloo Station in London (and a nice man who works the ticket counter to help get the best deals on transit tickets). Very close to Hamton Court Palace. Excellent location. The house itself was ok. The listing advertized a clothes dryer and there was none, just a drying rack. The washing machine worked really well and was pretty efficient. The shower had excellent water pressure and my kids liked the chocolates that were there for us. The house was perfectly adequate for five of us (three adults, a teen, and a tween) and was well stocked, including with whole milk, which my children prefer. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. One bed had some stains on the sheets. The garden was large. The hosts were very responsive when we had some issues. We did not spend a lot of time there because there is so much to do in London, but we enjoyed our time when we were there. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
