Great size 2 bedroom suite, 2 bathrooms a bonus. California King bed in main bedroom. Pillows were feather so went flat when you lay on them but otherwise good property.

Still under renovation, a former emergency housing, its had to have work fone on it, and is still work in progress. Staff very friendly, house cleaning very good. My last night there i was upgraded as the power points decided not to work. Not a big deal, but noticed out on the deck of the second unit, remnance of broken glass ended up in my foot and beer bottles lying on the balcony. I gave it 3 stars because it has the potential to be better after work is complete.

The hotel is under renovation and stuff inside the room gets quote messy. We got a wrong type of room and some of the equipment was not working. We requested and transfered to another room the next night and some of the equipment doesn't work still. The last day of the stay there was a fire alarm went off and all of the guests including us need to be evacuated. The reception always has no people attend. Given this amount it is not worth it. Will never stay in again.

Our not so straightforward holiday.
We stayed at Leroy Suites during very stressful times and felt safe and very well looked after by the lovely staff. When things come back to normal we are very hopeful that we will get the opportunity to stay there again and would recommend the hotel to other travellers. We wish the Management and staff all the very best at this difficult time.

One thing we feel we might mention regarding the LeRoy hotel is that the house keeping service has been terrible. For two days, we have not had any room service at all. We spoke with the man at the front desk and he apologized saying they were short of help, etc. etc. We arrived back to our room at 6 p.m. and no room service. I was annoyed. Our tiny garbage cans were full, floor still dirty, etc. So I did it myself, collected the garbage and went down and asked where the dumpster was located. Then I saw an open room near our room with cleaning supplies, got a vacuum and got the job done. We have been here for 9 days out of a 12-day reservation, and the floors have not been cleaned. We even left a note asking them to please vacuum. We did get them to change our sheets a day or two ago, at our request. The front desk attendant was very nice and apologetic. I find it strange that such a nice hotel would have such poor service. I would not recommend this place to others now.

The rooms were really nice. The only thing that kind of put me off was the outside where the buildings below havent been filled etc. Its not the hotels fault but just seemed a bit empty for the area. The hotel and staff were really great.

Apartment is new and modern with everything we need in the room. Quite a few eating places around if you like Asian food and Asian supermarket near by. No retail or shopping mall within walking distance.

Staff at reception were very friendly, room was very clean and tidy. Wi-Fi signal not very good, and there is no Netflix even though it´s advertised in the description of the rooms (there is a note saying you can use the smart tv to see Netflix only if you have your own account - but being the Wi-Fi signal so low, not possible even then).

Great Location. Close to amenities and a great Japanese Restaurant in the premises. The mattress in the bedroom tends to envelope you. Could have done well with a spring mattress. Rest everything great.
