Location was excellent, close to motorway, bus station, shopping centre, food outlets and supermarkets. Property was very well used and in need of some TLC, bedrooms were very small, the bathroom was ok, and the living area was good. A few cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and 1in the living area. Price reflects the accommodation and if you expect the Ritz, you'll be disappointed. Overall value for money.

Enjoyed my stay here, only used the room for sleeping in, but clean and tidy, with everything needed. We got there a bit late, but they let us in. Lucky check-in is till 11.30pm on the website, but 10pm on the signs when you get in. Very hospital and clear.Towels were replaced daily and emptied rubbish bin. Nga mihi MCentral.

Great apartment across from bus station but no AC
Great apartment but no air conditioning and nightly construction work ouside so couldn’t have the windows open. Really warm so not very good sleep in spite of ok beds. Not super clean under the beds but ok. Great to be able to just cross the streat to get to bus station

Great location, 2min walk from Manukau Westfield Mall (very handy), Room service didn’t change bed sheets each day or do dishes but did replace towels, toilet paper etc. Overall it was a great place to stay for its location and price point.

Photos are nothing like the property. Extremely hot and the “air conditioning” unit they provide doesn’t have an outlet so the hot air it blows out just fills the room with heat instead of cold air. No dish sponge and even though the property says the rooms have desks none of them do. All shelves in the fridge were practically broken and some of the handles on the cupboards are falling off.
