"We were an extended family group of 3 adults and 2 children (11-15 yrs) and this was our first trip to the Moselle. We visited during August 2023 and chose this property for its location as one of the adults did not drive and wanted independent access to the local town/surrounding area. The property was spotlessly clean, efficient check in/out procedure and the owner responsive to queries/feedback whilst we were staying in property. "Mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren beiden Hunden da. Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet, das Bad war richtig groß und wunder schön. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett. Leider hat mir die Kochsituation nicht so zugesagt. Es gab nur 2 mobile Kochplatten, keinen Backofen, keine Mikrowelle und die Spüle hatte keinen wasserhahn. Somit was das spülen und auch kochen wirklich nervig. Aber ansonste haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für ein paar tage geht das, aber einen längeren Urlaub würde ich...

"Very nice, small, apparently family run hotel with a big room with a sofa and queen bed. It's a bit too far to walk to the center of town, but it is located in a quiet area and has free parking. The included breakfast is excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even cooked eggs to order for us. The hotel restaurant offers a traditional German dinner menu. Our only issue is the stairs are somewhat steep. The staff are very helpful and kind. "

A Gem of a Place

"Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "
