A fisherman's house nestled in the picturesque Saint Goustan port.

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (84)
"Tiny, quiet, full of personality and quirky charm, with a plant-filled terrace perfect for morning coffee. The location is very good but I would caution that the steep street to the harbor and the narrow stairs to the bedroom are tricky for older visitors. Readers will wish that the very comfortable king-size was adequately lighted. Note there is no view of the water. Also no stand-up shower."

Charming house (1806) with terrace / garden in the heart of a picturesque harbor

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (32)
"The location of the cottage was superb being set in a beautiful flower lined, semi pedestrianised cobbled street within a very few metres of the waterfront, harbour and restaurants. Michel met us close by on the day we checked in to help us negotiate access to the port roads and the barriers at the end of the road. He also showed us around the property personally, showed us how to use all of the equipment and gave us advice about parking. Michel also appeared within 15 minutes to help us when we...

"Thank you for letting us stay at your house. We had a great time. Auray is a great starting point to explore the area, beaches, bays, degustations and walks. The guests welcomed us with full heart and let us stay at their home as it would be ours. Thank you for the trust. The home is equipped with everything - cooking, washing, games. Thanks again - until next time."

Holiday home with garden, Auray

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (21)
"A very comfortable detached house set in a secluded garden. it was the end house in a quiet neighbourhood, but a few minutes drive to the main supermarkets, and a very short drive to the town centre. Auray is a great centre from which to visit this part of Brittany. We particularly enjoyed the Quiberon peninsula."
