"I really had a wonderful time at the hotel the staff were so friendly and welcoming I think it’s a lovely place to stay defo would come back and would recommend it to anyone"

"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received."
