"Visited for just one night to see Case Western. Perfect location - just couple blocks from the visitor center. It’s a historic hotel and beautiful inside. The service was amazing. So attentive and nice. We had a problem with our room and they were able to change out our room without any hesitation at all. Breakfast included and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed another night just to enjoy the hotel. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back some day! "

"Chose this hotel because of a near by concert. This hotel was in a great location! The bed was super comfy and the room was huge! We were able to valet the car and walk to the venue from our hotel."

"Oh my goodness! All of the people who work here were so nice helpful and happy! The food and drinks were wonderful and there were several places to sit and hang out for a game, read or bring a re ord to your room to listen! Our only complaint was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. We absolutely loved it! "
