Our cozy Blue Bungalow is an ideal vacation home for a family or two couples. Come for a few nights, or stay for a month, either way you'll feel right at home!

The floor plan is spacious and open, making it the perfect retreat space after a long day filled with fun activities. The updated kitchen features quartz counters, a full size fridge/freezer and a modern dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook meals for your group. Both fully-equipped bedrooms are spacious and feature queen beds with high-quality mattresses as well as hotel quality sheets and towels. The full bathroom has been updated to include modern vanities and all the toiletries you might need during your stay. The stylishly furnished living room features a 55'' flat screen TV with streaming services, making it ideal for cozying up on the couch on sleepy nights. The spacious backyard is great for the little ones to play in, while the adults relax on the patio. The laundry room is spacious and features a modern washer and dryer. There is parking for 2 cars off road and plenty of free street parking. The wooden bench on the front porch will quickly become your favorite place to soak in the morning sun with a freshly-brewed cup of coffee.

Great house and great location
We thoroughly enjoyed the Blue Bungalow. It was very convenient to downtown Georgetown and the university, and yet was a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The property was spotless and the rooms thoughtfully furnished and decorated. We wouldn't hesitate to book this again if our travels take us to Georgetown in the future.

You will not regret booking this property
Everything you could ask for....this is the perfect get away. All the amenities you want and need. This is a perfect stay with a large fenced back yard and complete kitchen. Cody is attentive and available, if necessary. We were relaxed, and completely 'at home'. Easy access to shopping and highway. Nice neighborhood and felt completely safe. Will we book this property again? YES Rest assured, this is a lovely home.
