The room itself was beautiful and well maintained but there was loud music early into the morning (like until 2am most days). Additionally housekeeping does not replenish supplies like coffee, tea, or cups. My booking included "breakfast" but it was just coffee.

The common areas of the hotel were nice and clean and there were plenty of local bars and food trucks around the corner. Our room looked nice at first glance but it was not clean. The floors were not vacuumed or swept and there were crumbs and hair from previous guests on the carpet and bathroom floors. They also dod not have any handsoap in our room and we were told that they were out. Also, house keeping came to clean our room and we literally thought a child had made the beds. It was so unprofessional. Then there were a lot of dogs on the property that barked all night long and our room faced I35 so it was traffic noise all night long. The property itself is nice and smells fresh.

You are supposed to pay for Valet $20 minimum and this was the only parking option besides risking it across the street in the dirt. Check in is on the 5th floor which was odd. We only stayed a few hours as this was just a little break in between our trip. When we pulled up valet was in lobby but did not greet us or say anything to us. I literally had to ask the girl sitting on the couch if she was valet, which she responded yes. The music was super loud as there is a club next to it. (For any light sleepers). I actually slept ok and the rooms were very clean.

The only thing that might bother some is the construction around the property and there’s no parking. Valet is $49 a night, I parked across the street on an empty lot and got a ticket.

they charge $50 for valet parking. they don’t tell you that until after you book. a/c in the room wasn’t working. called the front desk and they told me that it being 76 in the room is fine. kept getting attitude from the front desk attendant every time i called about the issue regarding my a/c. and of course they don’t offer any kind of compensation or partial refund.

The only good service we got was at check in and at time of departure. We had less than great service at the bar and by the pool. We ordered food and took over half an hour to get it. We had to go remind the bartender about checking on our food. Then we got to pool and asked the sever out there for water and we never got it. Overall we loved the room and the hotel itself. Beautiful property and we may go back and hope the service is much much better.
