You’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading! We recommend exploring ride-share, e-scooter, and public transportation options to avoid parking issues as traffic increases significantly around this event.


THE HOME


The entire home has an open, flowing floor plan with an abundance of natural light in every room. Prepare your favorite meal and create memories with your friends and family in the stylish, fully stocked kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen opens to the dining and living area which has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV - the perfect space for entertaining! This home is also equipped with Google Fiber and complimentary coffee.


Each bedroom of this home, 3 downstairs and 2 upstairs, is fitted with comfortable high-end beds and a full-length mirror. Perfect for groups of family and friends wanting to get away from it all and still be within 5 minutes of Downtown Austin. Great for bridal parties! 


This is the perfect home for groups coming in town for SXSW and the Austin City Limits music festival, as it's less than a 5-minute ride to the festival gates at Zilker Park. The home's exceptional location also favors a night out on 6th Street, which is only a 5-minute cab ride away. You are also a short 10-minute walk to one of the most desirable streets for dining and shopping on South Congress Avenue and a 2-minute walk to Big Stacy Park which features hiking trails and a playground.


OUTDOOR AMENITIES


Relax with a cup of coffee on the sprawling deck (just outside the living area) overlooking the backyard oasis and sparkling pool. Fire up the BBQ grill to enjoy a delicious dinner with your guests. You’ll never want to check out of this relaxing retreat!


When outdoors, noise, music must be kept to a minimum at all times. Outdoor activity is strictly not permitted between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM - as per City of Austin Short Term Rental Ordinance.

We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Reservations are for families, groups of responsible friends, and corporate retreats only. Responsible bachelorette groups are accepted but must provide information about their group prior to booking. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian. 


The pool can be heated for $200/day. Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.

Great 5 Bedroom Home Rental
House was great for our group of seven, and could have held more. Lots of space, interior was nice, everything was generally as advertised. Short ubers to different entertainment areas, so easy to get around. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice. Pool was refreshing. Overall the rental worked great for our group.

This house was big and open, great for a large groups. The sheets, covers, pillows, binder & signs were a bit too worn in and had spots which was an off putting but overall a nice house. Great bathrooms, and kitchen.

Perfection!
We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was awesome. Plenary of space for everyone to sleep as well as living area to hangout in. Really close to the downtown bars and the owners made it very easy for us to enjoy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot for a group of girls looking to be close to town!
My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and the property was perfect! Pool was great for an August weekend, there was plenty of common area space for us to hang out in and the kitchen had all the necessities for us. They were communicative about the option to check in early but it does cost extra. Additionally the listing says they can fit 14 people in the house but they actually have a $200 fee for any additional guests over 12 (so we had to pay even more than what was advertised), not a huge deal just something to be aware of. Would definitely stay here again.

The house has plenty of space for large groups, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and great location! The house did include the minimum we needed including bath towels however there was not a single kitchen towel. We had to do all of our cleaning up and drying dishes with paper towels which was frustrating.

Fun stay with perfect location
Overall the stay was great. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to some South Congress bars and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to anywhere else we needed to go, including airport. Upon arrival we were a bit dissappinted, we paid extra for early check in and the back patio and pool was dirty. The condition of the back deck needed some TLC with paint chilling and tiny furniture. For the price of the house, I expected more attention to detail. Windows to bedroom and bathroom on main floor didn’t have any window coverings, bed sheets were tattered and ripped, no hangers in huge closet making it unusable, and ice maker of freezer didn’t work and looked like it needed a good clean. Outside of the things mentioned, the rest was good. Communication with host was timely and offered to send someone to clean the pool/patio if we sent pictures but my group didn’t want to bother with that and had already cleaned it before we reached out. They also gave us a late check out for no cost to help make up for the issue which I appreciated. The house size and bedroom accommodations were great for a group of 12 women celebrating a bachelorette party. The bathrooms were updated and clean, the beds were comfortable, open floor plan. Overall, my sister’s bachelorette party was a success and we enjoyed our time at this house and in Austin.

Things that need improvement
We cooked breakfast and the smoke alarm went off a lot which disturbed still sleeping guest. Need more and better pots and pans. There was only one kitchen towel. Needs more towels, wash clothes and hand towels for the 3 bathrooms. Many of the windows were not covered including some of the bedroom windows. The ice maker has issues. We had to purchase ice. It may have something to do with the drawer that it is in. We liked the location of the property. We walked to Congress street and to downtown. We enjoyed the nearby park. I would rent it again if I was told that the items mentioned above had been take care of. Austin is a lovely town and much fun was had by all.

Perfect property for group getaway!
Just got back from Austin from a girls trip and this property was fantastic! It holds true to the pictures - super cute decor, great open spaces for congregating (enough seating for everyone, which is hard to come by), and extremely clean. We walked to shops and restaurants on South Congress several times, which is a great district for that kind of thing. We even rented scooters a few times, which reached back to the house, no problem. Anytime we went somewhere farther than walking distance we simply used Uber/Lyft and the rides were very affordable due to this great location (e.g. Rainey Street District, 6th street, East Austin). The weather was a bit too chilly to use the pool and the fees to heat it were much more than we were willing to pay, but the pool was a great backdrop nonetheless. We didn't do much cooking while we were there but the property could be improved by having a few more kitchen accessories on hand, such as a spatula for flipping pancakes or fried eggs, a hand juicer for lemons/limes, and a good pair of salad tongs. There were plenty of other essentials though like silverware, plates, and a variety of glasses. The house is in a very nice residential area with lots of great looking homes around it. This house is just at the entrance of the neighborhood near a busy street but besides some traffic noise, the overall feel of the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great House, Perfect for Bachelorette
Hosted my sister's bachelorette here! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Open concept downstairs was perfect for our party and chef dinner. Pool was great! Note that there are some noodles and floats from previous parties, so you may not need to bring. House size, décor, accommodations are perfect for a rental! Location is great; short drive to town and quiet!

great pool and response management company
Our stay was during high heat wave so we spent much time in the pool. It is an excellent pool and outdoor space with private foliage. We found the beds were very comfortable. The location is very good and close to everything - about 10 mins drive to everything we did, which was alot. We did not enjoy walking in the area. The management company was extremely responsive. We contacted them a couple times with issues and they were over taking care of them almost immediately. We did not think the kitchen was well stocked meaning untensils and types of glassware for all (wine glass is an example). We used what was there. There are no dishtowels so use a bath or buy paper towels. The house clearly hosts many groups and it shows.
