"The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place. "

This was a side trip for us as we were on our way to Bastogne, Belgium. Despite being there for a short time, Eloise was very accommodating and excellent in her communications with us. "Lovely little break, and lots of space for the whole family. But the Vrbo listing is a 3rd party agent. We chose to book this property for all the amenities included only to find a week before that we'd be charged extra for bedding and towels, the property owner then saying she doesn't use Vbro and advertises through someone else and advertises for the extras on their site. Not a ruined holiday but added another level of worry when we only discovered this the day before getting on a ferry"

Comfortable stop over whilst travelling south.

"Exceptionally helpful and efficient welcome from the receptionist both on check in and out. Very good English spoken. We had an issue with our booking which was nothing to do with the hotel but they sorted it for us. Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel quiet and underground parking good. Breakfast plentiful and tasty including a couple of hot dishes. We will definitely return to stay here and explore Blois. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t get to see much."

"The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it. "

"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. Free street parking in the front of the hotel could not be more convenient. While the hotel interior could use some updating, our room was perfect. The staff out performed expectations. Access to surrounding Loire Valley points of interest made this a perfect base for exploration."
